Organisational Resilience for an Age of Disconnection
Dilipchandra Balachandran
Mental Health Systems Advisor | Organisational Resilience Strategist | Author | Keynote Speaker | Founder of Citta
Advising governments, health systems, and organisations to build preventive, humane, AI-enabled, trauma-informed, and resilience-focused mental health systems before crisis emerges.
Author of For the People, By the People: Reimagining the Future of Civilization in an Age of Disconnection.
Trusted at parliamentary & health-leadership level.

Built on the Six Core Strategies and least-restrictive care.
Mental health is no longer only a clinical issue. It is a systems, workforce, governance, and civilisation issue.
The future of mental health requires more than reactive care. Organisations, governments, and health systems now need preventive architectures that identify risk early, strengthen workplace belonging, reduce coercion, support workforces, and create humane systems of care.
My Mental Health Project exists to advise leaders on that future.

Advisory for Advanced Manufacturing
I help leaders in semiconductor, infrastructure and advanced manufacturing ecosystems understand the non-technical risks of growth: water stewardship, energy responsibility, workforce belonging, supplier integration, community legitimacy, institutional knowledge and generational resilience.
Advanced manufacturing projects do not fail only because of technology. They become vulnerable when workforce trust, local capability, public legitimacy, environmental stewardship and long-term community value are treated as secondary issues.
Through the Civilisational Sustainability Model™ and DB CRI™ — Dilipchandra Balachandran Civilisational Resilience Index — I support leaders to connect these risks into one practical leadership narrative and identify where growth can become more regenerative, trusted and resilient.

Civilisation Resilience Index™
A practical diagnostic for assessing whether an organisation has the workforce belonging, leadership trust, institutional memory, wellbeing systems, and resilience capacity needed to withstand disruption.
It helps leaders identify where the organisation is strong, where employees feel disconnected, where knowledge is being lost, and where stress, burnout, or low trust may become future risk.
Civilisational Sustainability Model™
A strategy model for helping organisations become more resilient, trusted, humane, and sustainable over time.
It supports leaders to design systems that protect employee wellbeing, retain senior knowledge, strengthen leadership culture, improve social licence, and remain stable through change, recession, workforce pressure, and technological disruption.
Civilisation Resilience Index™ and Civilisational Sustainability Model™ are proprietary advisory frameworks developed by Dilipchandra Balachandran.
